This isn't my regular post, but I wanted to share one of my favorite ways to stay fit: yoga! When I don't feel like leaving my room, yoga is a great way to get some exercise.
Yogamazing, by Chaz Rough, is my favorite yoga podcast. If you're new to yoga, he does a good job of talking you through the poses. I'm not a beginner, though, and I still like them. They're free to download off Itunes and range from 15-30 minutes. Its a perfect length for when you want to get a quick workout in. There are a bunch of his videos on Youtube, too. I recommend checking it out!
