Cool Items Under $20 at Topshop

Hi friends,
     Since most of my money goes toward school bills, I don't have a lot of extra money to shop at more expensive places. This doesn't mean the temptation isn't there. I still browse more expensive sites and window shop, as I'm sure many of you do too. My strategy for shopping at these stores (to find something I can actually afford) is to look at sales or accessories. Topshop is one of those stores that has a lot of expensive items, but affordable pieces can be found.
