I went to Forever 21 and fell in love with this peplum dress! Sadly, the straps were too long, so i didn't buy it. #smallchestedprobs :p Anyway, it's super cute and only $13! Go buy it, and I shall live vicariously through your stylish day. I love peplums, so here are some cute ones I wanted to share.
